Anita is the only women ever to be graded to dan grade by Jei Nakazono Sensei, son of the legendary Budoka Masahilo Nakazono Shihan - Anita Sensei is also the first lady promoted to dan grade in the international ` Ellis Schools of Traditional Aikido ` in over 60 years.
Anita Sensei is also very proud to have been involved in the production and publication of the book `Positive Aikido`

Wilson Sensei who has taught and trained internationally including the USA. Sensei was the first ever lady dan grade in the 57 year history of the `ESTA` - also featured in the book
`Positive Aikido` - Sensei also took part in the `Kenshiro Abbe 50th Jubilee Celebtation` event 2005 at the Crystal Palace Stadium. London - also involved in the ` Masahilo Nakazono Memorial Event ` 2007 in Wales.

Anita Wilson Sensei was proud to receive her dan grade from Jiro Nakazono Sensei the son of Masahilo Nakazono who was one of Henry Ellis Sensei's teachers, photo left of Henry Ellis with Nakazono Sensei in Sante Fe New Mexico USA 1992.
Jiro Nakazono Sensei gave Anita his family Hakama in recognition of her positive Aikido. It is unknown for a Japanese teacher to make such a generous gift.

I find it rather sad that UK Aikido history and lineage needs to be protected from the UK governing body for Aikido - The British Aikido Board,
The Betrayal of British Budo
Documented evidence of the conduct of the UK Governing Body for Aikido.
Detailing the BAB's attempted collusion with one Mr Jack Poole to change forever the true proud history and lineage of British Aikido, from its inception to the UK in 1955 by Kenshiro Abbe Sensei.
Henry Ellis was actually Mr Poole's first teacher as one can clearly see from the large collection of photos and statements, this did not deter the BAB from proudly parading Mr Poole along-side his teacher as a `Pioneer of British Aikido` .
